Shipping Methods

• Standard Premium Shipping: $3.95 for all U.S. orders.
• Free Premium Shipping: Free on U.S. orders over $50.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

The typical delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your order earlier.

Shipping Partners & Delays

We work closely with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather conditions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Carrier-related issues
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, missing, or has no tracking confirmation, we will initiate a reshipment at no extra cost.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, an investigation will be conducted. These orders are non-refundable until the issue is resolved.
